How does the custom design process work?

Our process begins with an enquiry where we discuss your vision, preferred printing techniques, and stationery needs. From there:

  1. Consultation – We refine your ideas and provide an initial quote.

  2. Design Phase – We craft a custom concept tailored to your style.

  3. Proofing & Revisions – You receive two complimentary revision rounds to finalize your design.

  4. Production & Printing – Once approved, we bring your design to life

  5. Delivery – Your stationery is beautifully packaged and shipped to you for free (Australian orders)

How long does the process take?

A fully Custom Stationery Suite takes 6–12 weeks from enquiry to delivery. This timeline includes design, revisions, and production. Specialty printing methods like letterpress and foil stamping may take an additional 2–4 weeks.

If you need a rush order, please contact us as soon as possible—rush services may be available for an additional fee.

PRICING & PAYMENT

How much do custom wedding invitations cost?

Pricing varies based on printing techniques, materials, and quantity. Most of our clients invest between $3,000–$7,000AU for a full invitation suite. For an exact quote, please fill out our enquiry form with your details.

What is included in the pricing?

Our pricing includes:

  • Bespoke design crafted from scratch

  • Two rounds of complimentary revisions

  • Printing & production using high-quality paper and embellishments

What is your payment policy?

To confirm your order, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% balance is due upon final artwork approval, before production begins.

What printing methods do you offer?

We specialize in:

  • Foil Stamping – A metallic or matte foil pressed onto paper for an elegant finish

  • Embossing & Debossing – Raised or recessed designs for a tactile effect

  • Digital Printing – A modern and cost-effective option for vibrant color printing

Can I choose different paper types?

Absolutely! We offer premium paper stocks, including:

  • Textured and smooth cardstocks – Available in a variety of colors and weights

  • Handmade paper – A textured, deckled-edge option for an artisanal feel

We will guide you through the best options based on your preferred printing method.

Do you offer envelope addressing?

Yes! We offer digital envelope printing, hot foil stamping and hand calligraphy envelope addressing to complete your suite with a refined touch.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How is my order packaged?

All stationery is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Invitation suites are neatly bundled, and larger items like wedding welcome signs are securely wrapped for transit.

Can I rush my order?

Rush orders may be available depending on our production schedule. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need an expedited timeline. Additional rush fees may apply.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping times vary based on location, and additional customs fees may apply. Please enquire for estimated delivery times.

Can I see a sample before placing an order?

Yes! We offer sample packs showcasing our printing techniques, paper types, and finishes. This is a great way to experience the quality of our work before committing to a full order.

Can I request a reprint if there’s an issue with my order?

We take great care in proofing and production. However, if there is a printing error on our part, we will reprint at no additional cost. If changes are required after final approval, a reprint fee will apply.

Do you offer refunds or cancellations?

Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final once production begins. However, if you need to cancel your order before design work starts, we may be able to offer a partial refund. Please reach out if you have any concerns.
