By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Studiowedding.co is based in Perth, Australia, and specializes in bespoke wedding stationery, offering custom-designed invitations, envelopes, and other printed materials.

We reserve the right to update our policies, pricing, and services at any time without prior notice.
2. ORDERING PROCESS
All orders are processed through our website or via direct consultation via email info@studiowedding.co.
A non-refundable deposit may be required for custom orders before design work begins.
Full payment is required before production starts. Orders will not be printed or shipped until payment has cleared.
Any requested changes to an order after final approval may incur additional fees and could delay production.
Customers will receive a true-to-size PDF proof file for final confirmation before printing. It is the customer's responsibility to print this file at 100% scale to verify design accuracy, layout, and text size and placement. By approving the final proof, the customer confirms they have printed and reviewed the proof and accept all design elements as final. We are not responsible for any discrepancies that arise after approval.
Orders must be reviewed carefully by the customer before final approval, as we are not responsible for spelling, grammatical, or design errors once the proof has been approved.
3. CUSTOM DESIGNS & ARTISTIC DISCRETION
Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, and print alignment may occur.
We reserve the right to use our artistic discretion in creating and adjusting designs as necessary to maintain quality and aesthetic appeal.
Customers will receive digital proofs before production, and we require written approval before printing begins. Delays in proof approval may extend the production timeline.
If a specific paper stock, embellishment, or print finish becomes unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative and notify the customer.
4. PRODUCTION TIME & SHIPPING
Production time varies depending on the complexity of the design, order volume, and printing techniques used. Estimated production timelines will be provided upon order confirmation.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, but availability depends on our current workload.
We use reliable shipping carriers; however, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they leave our facility. Any shipping issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.
If a package is lost or delayed, we will assist the customer in filing a claim with the shipping provider, but we cannot offer refunds or free replacements.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by their country’s regulations.
Customers must ensure that their shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or undeliverable shipments.
5. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing an order, but approval is at our discretion and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If an order arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the situation and determine whether a replacement or store credit is applicable.
We are not responsible for minor color variations or print inconsistencies caused by different screen calibrations or printing techniques.
6. USE OF AI TOOLS
Clients are strictly prohibited from uploading, inputting, or submitting any artwork, proofs, or designs provided by studiowedding.co into any artificial intelligence (AI) tools, platforms, or software. This includes but is not limited to using AI tools to replicate, alter, analyze, or generate feedback or design variations. Any unauthorized use of our designs with AI tools constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and of our intellectual property rights.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, artwork, text, and images on our website and products are owned by Studiowedding.co and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for any purpose without our express permission.
Custom designs may be showcased on our website, social media, or marketing materials unless the customer requests privacy.
Customers may not reproduce or alter any designs created by Studiowedding.co for personal or commercial use.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, products, or services.
While we make every effort to maintain an accurate and up-to-date website, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or continuously available.
Any misuse of our website, designs, or materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
Customers are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
